Business Partners, LLC is a commercial real estate lender that originates, processes, underwrites and services commercial real estate loans for the credit union industry. Backed by over $50 billion in assets, Business Partners generates over $50 million in new commercial real estate loans each month. We are currently seeking a full time Senior Commercial Loss Mitigation Analyst to join our team. This individual will write, implement, and develop policies and procedures relating to prudent collection practices ensuring state compliance. Specifically, he/she will monitor all delinquencies related to foreclosure and liquidation and make recommendations to management to preserve asset quality and avoid unnecessary collection efforts or charge offs. By negotiating workouts such as payment arrangements or forbearance agreements, he/she will lead the collections staff towards the appropriate recommendations. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of related experience, specifically relating to the Federal Bankruptcy Code, the foreclosure laws of all 50 states, and the policies and procedures for Loss Mitigation. He/she should also have education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree.
